History: Danville was a member of the Class-B Three-I League from 1922-1932, after which they folded along with the rest of the league due to the Great Depression. Outfielder Ab Wright hit .357 for the Vets that final year. Wright also played for the NFL’s Frankford Yellow Jackets in 1930.
