The Stutterheim Stockholm raincoat is iconic. It is handmade in rubberised cotton and comes unlined. It is a heavier weight garment when compared to other raincoats and you can feel it is a garment that is designed to last. This raincoat is made in the Classic, Original weight material of 530gm. It is a heavier weight than most raincoats and is really designed to keep you dry, no matter how torrential the downpour. Due to the thickness of the material it is best to keep the raincoat hanging, either on a peg or a coat hanger, when not in use. It is not designed to be packed down inside a bag. If you need a packable raincoat, we suggest choosing one of the lighter weight options from Stutterheim.

The Stockholm features double welded seams, snap button closures and cotton drawstring.

The Stockholm is a unisex coat with a straight fit. It suits a straighter silhouette. This style can be narrow over hips and bust for women. If you are looking for a style with a feminine shape, try the Mosebacke style.

For men this coat has a generous fit. If you intend to layer over chunky knitwear then we recommend to size up.

For women we recommend to size down one size. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller of the two. If you intend to layer over chunky knitwear then we recommend to stick with the larger of the two sizes.
